Using Rip Rank
Rip Rank is a social platform for reviewing and ranking deceased public figures. You may browse, review, like, and curate content. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.
Accounts & invites
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. During our invite-only period, invites are personal and may not be sold. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and you may deactivate your account at any time from your profile settings.
Your content
You are responsible for the reviews, ratings, lists, and other content you submit, and you must hold the rights to anything you post. By posting, you grant Rip Rank a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating and promoting the service. You can delete your content at any time; residual copies may persist briefly in backups. Content must follow our Community Policy.
Moderation & removal
We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these terms or the Community Policy, with or without notice. If you believe content about a deceased person is inaccurate or unlawful, or you hold rights in material posted here, email seth@riprank.com with the specific URL and the basis for removal; we review takedown requests promptly.
Third-party data
Biographical data and images are sourced from Wikipedia/Wikidata under their respective licenses; attention signals derive from public Wikipedia, Reddit, and YouTube statistics. Rip Rank is not affiliated with or endorsed by those services or by any estate of the individuals ranked here.
Disclaimer & liability
Rip Rank is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Rankings and signals are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rip Rank is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be noted by updating the date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
